Aaron Black specializes in hard to access stills photography and video. He has crossed malaria infested jungles in Indonesia, heli-skied remote mountains in Canada, and climbed technical cliff faces in Patagonia. On the road an average of 10 months a year, Aaron has traveled the globe for climbing and surf exploration for over a decade.

Aaron was named one of the top rock-climbing photographers in the world by Climbing Magazine. His images have appeared in a long list of top magazines including National Geographic Adventure, Transworld Snowboarding, Rock & Ice and Outside Magazine and have been used by the leading outdoor companies such as Patagonia, Black Diamond Equipment, Billabong, and Arc'teryx.

Aaron is a graduate of the Western Academy of Photography, Victoria British Columbia and the Eddie Adams Workshop, New York.
